SATELLAR XT 5R

SKU: YF0100 Category:

Description

SATELLAR XT 5R is a standalone radio unit that can be used in stations where a standard RS-232/422/485 serial connection is sufficient. A standalone radio can also be used as a radio router or repeater, where direct ethernet connections are not needed. Settings for data transfer speeds up to 19.2 or 38.4kbps (12.5 and 25kHz channels) double the throughput of traditional UHF radios, with 230kbps speeds available in regions allowing 150kHz channels. Integrated into the SATELLAR modular system is SATEL’s NMS application for real-time network monitoring, diagnostics, and remote configuration.

SATELLAR XT 5R can operate as a transparent radio link, replacing wires with the classic RS-232, 422, or 485 serial based protocols. Using SATELLAR XT 5R many network topologies are possible, from simple point-to-point link to a long-range point-to-multipoint system with multiple repeaters.
